Gina Soh Suan Lin

Gina has over 20 years of tax experience including transfer pricing (TP). She commenced her career in a medium sized accounting firm and a Big Four (Deloitte Malaysia). She was the Tax Accountant for a MNC (Advanced Micro Devices) for close to 5 years handling international tax. Her tax experience includes Corporate and Business Income Tax, various tax incentives applications and Transfer Pricing (TP). She also headed the TP practice in a significant mid tier firm in Singapore for over 6 years and is dedicated to assist companies to plan and document appropriate TP strategy for their inter-company transactions.

She oversees the TP projects including documentation studies, audit related matters and planning studies for Clients. The industries she has served include Investment fund management, commodity trading, shipping, manufacturing, food industry, construction, biotechnology, electronics, etc.

She has wide experience in the review and preparation of TP documentation projects (Master File and Local File) and benchmarking studies for multinationals companies, specializing in a wide range of intercompany transactions, such as management services, royalty, loan transactions, etc.

She has handled TP queries from the Comptroller of Income Tax for the Clients. She also provided TP consulting, due diligence and documentation services for international organizations with regards to disputes and compliance matters.​

Gina is a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) and also a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK (ICSA)
