AEP LLP or ALLIANCE OF EXPERIENCED PRACTITIONERS (AEP) LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP is a newly established Limited Liability Partnership in Singapore. It was registered and approved by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore on 18 July 2024. The LLP is the vehicle for admission and cessation of Partners in accordance with the LLP Agreement and is also the holding and owner entity of AAA Pte Ltd or the Alliance of Associated Advisors (AAA) Pte Ltd.
AAA Pte Ltd was incorporated by AEP LLP as a company in Singapore on 2 August 2024 and registered as such by (ACRA). AAA Pte Ltd was incorporated to undertake all the operational aspects of professional tax services. It is the legal entity that provides all tax services to direct clients and collaborating firms (which include CPA firms, Legal firms, Merger and Acquisition practices etc.)
